Oaklands College is a Adult Education facility with three campuses based in St Albans, Welwyn Garden City and Borehamwood. They offer a wealth of courses, specialising in the more hands-on vocational subjects like Animal Management, Hair & Beauty, Music and The Performing Arts, together with taditional academic subjects.
For the past 12 years I have been responsible for the design and pre-press artwork production of their Full & Part Time Course Guide (Prospectus) as part of my larger roll of providing design support to the Marketing Department.

Covers for the Guides reflected the general marketing look and feel for the particular year, resulting in a huge variety of styles and design language. Internal pages were 'tweaked' each year, learning from feedback gathered from prospective students and their parents / carers.
Proudly, the Guides became the Go-To publication for the Hertfordshire Education Authority, to advise potential students on the availability of courses in the county, regardless of the final college choice.
